NIAGARA COMPLIANCE AUDIT COMMITTEE
2010 MUNICIPAL ELECTION
Recent amendments to Municipal Elections Act, 1996 require all municipalities and local boards to establish a Compliance Audit Committee by October 1 of an election year.
In compliance with the Act, the municipalities and school boards of the Niagara Region have cooperatively worked together to establish a Niagara Compliance Audit Committee.

PRELIMINARY LIST OF ELECTORS
Commencing September 1st, 2010, the preliminary list of electors- Voters' List for the 2010 Municipal Election will be available for review at the Township Office at 318 Canborough Street, Smithville, as well as the Libraries in Smithville, Wellandport and Caistorville.

The next Township of West Lincoln Municipal Election will be held on Monday, October 25, 2010.
Nominations may be filed from January 4, 2010 to September 9, 2010 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Nomination Day, Friday, September 10, 2010.
