Welcome to the Public Works Department

The Public Works Department is a combined public works and recreation services operation. The primary responsibilities of this comprehensive department include:

Roads, Sidewalks, Street Lighting, Water & Sewers

• Maintenance of road system, parking & signage
• Rural/urban road & sidewalk construction, resurfacing, reconstruction
• Driveway culvert installation and repair
• Storm and sanitary sewers, water distribution system
• Water Services & Wastewater
• Street light system
• Winter Controls

Recreation Services

• Identify needs for parks and facilities based on community needs
• Operation and maintenance of the West Lincoln Arena
• Facility rentals: baseball diamonds, soccer pitches, football fields, community halls, arena ice/pad surfaces
• Plan and administer seasonal recreation programs for all ages, school break and summer camps
• Ground maintenance of passive parks
• Grounds maintenance of parks and sports fields
• Maintenance of the all Township owned facilities and properties
