For Immediate Release: March 16, 2023
Spring is right around the corner, and so is the third season of the West Lincoln Farmers’ Market.
The 2023 West Lincoln Farmers’ Market season will kick off with the return of the annual Easter Market on Saturday, April 8. You’re invited the West Lincoln Community Centre, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., to peruse an array of fabulous local vendors.
Come for the great products, like flowers, greeting cards, wood designs, Tupperware, jams, sauces, honey, candles, wine, ice cream, herbs, spices and powders. Stay for the balloon entertainment by Halaloo, the live musical stylings of Stephanie DeShane, and the great opportunity to visit with friends.
Openings are still available for vendors! Want to join the Easter Market or the regular Farmers’ Market season roster? Contact Farmers’ Market Coordinator Michelle Seaborn directly at mseaborn@westlincoln.ca to get started.
The West Lincoln Farmers’ Market wants to help you prepare your gardens. In partnership with the Smithville Garden Club, we’re hosting two special Plant Sale Markets.
Visit us outside the West Lincoln Community Centre, on May 16 and 23, from 3 to 7 p.m., to purchase flowers, vegetable plants, and seeds from our many farm vendors. The Smithville Garden Club will also be selling perennials, annuals, shrubs and small trees.
The first regular Farmers’ Market of the season will be outside the West Lincoln Community Centre on Tuesday, June 13, from 3 to 7 p.m. Visit www.westlincoln.ca/farmersmarket to find more information, including new features and the most up-to-date list of vendors.

“Our annual Easter Market is one of my favourite rituals to ring in the springtime. While you’re gathering with family and friends, make sure come and check out all the great offerings from our West Lincoln Easter Market vendors. I can’t wait to see you there!”

“I have been counting down the days until I can buy fresh, locally grown produce and handcrafted goodies at the West Lincoln Farmers’ Market. The return of our Easter Market also adds another great use for our West Lincoln Community Centre. Hopefully those attending for other programming will also pop in to see all that our Easter Market is showcasing.”
