Final 2026 property tax bills sent

Final 2026 property tax bills were mailed on June 26 and emailed on June 24. Property owners who have not received their final tax bill by July 15, 2026, are encouraged to contact the West Lincoln Tax Division via email at treasury@westlincoln.ca or by phone at 905-957-3346 ext. 6003.

The Township offers a Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) Plan if your tax account is current, with no past-due balance (including upcoming levy not becoming past due while waiting for the first PAP withdrawal). If you would like to enroll, please complete and submit the Authorization Form.

The final bill first installment for Township of West Lincoln property tax bills is due July 31, 2026. The final bill second installment is due September 29, 2026.

Avoid penalty charges by ensuring all payments are received by the due date. Payments made directly through financial institutions should be made 3 to 5 days in advance of the due date to allow for bank processing time. 

Paperless billing is available for property tax, water and accounts receivable invoices. Complete the online form to enroll in paperless billing or to sign up for an account for the MyWESTLINCOLN self-service platform.
