PUBLIC NOTICE

Cemetery By-law

The Corporation of the Township of West Lincoln has submitted a By-law to the Registrar of the Funeral, Burial, and Cremation Services Act, 2002, for municipally owned cemeteries under its care and control. The following is a list of active Cemeteries: Union, Merritt Settlement, Fulton, Ker, Zion, Bethel, Waite, Abingdon, Grace, St Ann’s, McCaffery, Bethel Winslow, Bismark and Caistor Baptist.

• Any interested parties may contact Justin Paylove, Acting Director of Legislative Services/Clerk at 905.957.3346, for information or to obtain a copy of the by-law. The By-law may be reviewed or a copy obtained at the Township of West Lincoln Municipal Offices, 318 Canborough Street. Smithville Ontario, L0R 2A0, or can be viewed on the Township’s website at www.westlincoln.ca
