Your input matters: West Lincoln invites residents to shape the 2027 budget
Which municipal services are most important to you? Where should the Township focus investments in the year ahead? The Township of West Lincoln is inviting residents to help shape the 2027 budget by answering these questions and providing meaningful input.
A budget survey is now open, offering community members an opportunity to share their priorities, identify what matters most to them and help inform decisions about how municipal dollars are spent.
Whether you’re passionate about infrastructure, recreation, public safety or economic development, your perspective matters. By sharing your thoughts, you can help the Township to better understand community expectations.
“Our community is at the heart of every budget decision we make,” says Mayor Cheryl Ganann. “We want to hear directly from residents about what matters most to them, the services they value and the priorities they believe should guide our investments. Your feedback is an important part of building a budget that reflects our community’s needs today and helps prepare West Lincoln for tomorrow.”
It’s easy to participate. The survey is available online or in paper format. Printed copies can be picked up at:
- Township Administration, 318 Canborough Rd.
- West Lincoln Community Centre, 177 West St.
- West Lincoln Public Library
- Caistorville Branch, 9549 York St.
- Smithville Branch, 177 West St.
- Wellandport Branch, 5042 Canborough Rd.
