This application has been submitted for the lands municipally known as 9656 Concession 3 Road. The purpose of this application is to grant relief from the provisions of the Township of West Lincoln Zoning By-law 2017-070, as amended. The variance sought under this submission:

• To allow for an accessory building in the front yard (Table 1-1).

The effect of this variance, if granted, is to facilitate the construction of a detached private garage.

This application has been submitted for the lands municipally known as 5890 Regional Road 20. The purpose of this application is to grant relief from the provisions of the Township of West Lincoln Zoning By-law 2017-070, as amended. The variance sought under this submission:

1. To allow for an accessory building in the front yard (Table 1-1);
2. To allow for an accessory building 26.16 metres from the front yard lot line whereas 30 metres is required (Table 1-1); and
3. To allow for an accessory building greater than 50 metres away from the main building (Table 1-1).

The effect of this variance, if granted, is to facilitate the construction of a detached private garage.
