This application has been submitted for the lands municipally known as 9262 Concession 2 Road.
The purpose of this application is to sever 0.32 hectares from 996 Abingdon Road and merge it with 9262 Concession 2 Road.

The purpose of this minor boundary adjustment is to allow the owner at 9262 Concession 2, to have enough area to construct an Accessory Dwelling Unit, New Garage and New Septic System. A related Minor Variance application has also bene submitted with this application. (A14/2026WL)

This application has been submitted for the lands municipally known as 7334 Regional Road 20. The purpose of this application is to grant relief from the provisions of the Township of West Lincoln Zoning By-law 2017-070, as amended. The variance sought under this submission:

• To increase the maximum garage width for an attached private garage from 50% (7 meters) to 56% (7.9 meters) (Section 3.12.7 h)

The effect of this variance, if granted, is to facilitate an addition to the existing attached private garage.

This application has been submitted for the lands municipally known as 1235 Boyle Road. The purpose of this application is to grant relief from the provisions of the Township of West Lincoln Zoning By-law 2017-070, as amended. The variance sought under this submission:

• To increase the maximum distance from a main building from 50 meters to 75.32 meters (Table 1-1)
  The effect of this variance, if granted, is to construct a horse barn.
