The purpose of this application is to create one new infill residential lot within the Hamlet Settlement Area of Attercliffe.

Lands to be severed (Parcel 2) will have a lot frontage of approximately 62.77 metres onto Canborough Road and lot area of approximately 0.58 hectares.

Lands to be retained (Parcel 1) will have a lot frontage of approximately 84.16 metres onto Canborough Road and lot area of approximately 0.58 hectares.

This application has been submitted for the lands municipally known as 3507 Canborough Road. The purpose of this Application is for a lot addition. The land to be severed is described as Part 2 and will merge with Part 3. The lands to be retained is described as Part 1.

Part 2 (severed land) has a lot frontage of approximately 12.19 meters and a lot area of approximately 836.1 square metres.

Part 1 (retained land) has a lot frontage of approximately 73.15 meters and lot area of approximately 0.5 hectares.

The effect of this consent application, if granted, is to add Part 2 to Part 3 resulting in a total area of approximately 0.3 hectares and lot frontage of 42.6 metres.

This application has been submitted for the lands municipally known as 3557 Concession 4 Road. The purpose of this Application is to grant the applicant relief from the provisions of the Township of West Lincoln Zoning By-law 2017-70, as amended.

The variance sought under this submission is:

To increase the permitted distance from a main building to the nearest wall of an accessory building from a 50 metre maximum to an 80 metre maximum. The effect of this variance, if granted, is to facilitate the construction of a new accessory building.

This application has been submitted for the lands municipally known as 21 Brookside Terrace. The purpose of this application is to grant the Applicant relief from the provisions of the Township of West Lincoln Zoning By-law 2017-070, as amended. The variances sought under this submission are:

  1. To reduce the required rear yard setback for a deck from 1.2 metres to 0.6 metres.
  2. To reduce the required interior side yard setback for a deck from 1.2 metres to 0.9 metres.

The effect of this variance, if approved, is to permit the existing deck.

This application has been submitted for the lands municipally known as 3507 Canborough Road. The purpose of this application is to grant the Applicant relief from the provisions of the Township of West Lincoln Zoning By-law 2017-070, as amended.

The variances sought under this submission are:

  1. To reduce the minimum required lot area of 0.4 hectares to 0.3 hectares.
  2. To reduce the minimum required lot frontage from 45 metres to 42.6 metres.

Minor Variance Application A09/2026WL is related to Consent Application B07/2026WL, which proposes a lot addition from 3507 Canborough Road to 3483 Canborough Road. The consent application will convey 836.1 square metres of land from Part 2 to Part 3. Following the lot addition, 3483 Canborough Road will continue to have deficient lot area and lot frontage in the Low Density Residential (R1A) Zone. The requested minor variance is required to recognize this deficiency.
