We want everyone to feel welcome, safe, and respected when they visit our parks, programs, or facilities. That’s why we follow the RZone procedure — a clear set of rules that promotes positive behaviour.

What is the RZone?

The RZone is a no-tolerance policy that applies to all Township of West Lincoln parks, facilities, events, and programs. It means we do not accept violence, bullying, vandalism, or inappropriate actions by anyone – including participants, coaches, parents, performers, spectators, volunteers, and staff.

It’s not just for sports. The RZone applies to all community groups, organizations, and individuals using Township spaces.

What does RZone stand for?

The “R” in RZone stands for respect and responsibility.

  • Respect yourself
  • Respect others
  • Responsibility for your actions

The RZone logo is a reminder that these rules are in place for everyone.

Why is RZone important?

Our goal is to make sure everyone enjoys fun, safe, and positive experiences in Township spaces. When we all follow the RZone, more people feel welcome to take part in activities, and we all help build a stronger, more respectful community.
