Book a community room or gymnasium
Community room and gymnasium rentals at the West Lincoln Community Centre are available year round. Rates are subject to change and are effective as of January 1 each year. Any rental fee listed includes taxes.
Prime rates: Weekdays (5 p.m. to close), Weekends (8 a.m. to close), Statutory Holidays
Non-prime rates: Weekdays (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

How do I book a facility?
After you have reviewed the Facility Rental Rules and Regulations, you can complete the online Facility Rental Request Form. Submission of the Facility Rental Request Form is not confirmation of your rental.
Community Services will review your submission, contact you with an approval or denial of your rental and provide you with next steps.
Please be aware that our rental facilities are in high demand and permit process times can be delayed. Submit your Facility Rental Request Form well in advance.

Book ice time at the arena
Ice surface in the arena of the West Lincoln Community Centre is available early September to early April every year. Rates are subject to change and are effective as of September 1 each year. Any rental fee listed includes taxes.
