  • Electric vehicle charging stations installed in West Lincoln

    The Township of West Lincoln is pleased to announce that two Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations have been installed and are now ready for public use at the West Lincoln Community Centre.

    The stations were installed by Alectra Energy Solutions, which will also own, maintain and operate the chargers for a minimum 10-year period.

  • Greg Maychak elected Ward 3 Councillor in West Lincoln

    The results from West Lincoln’s 2024 Municipal By-election have been certified by the Township Clerk. Greg Maychak has been elected to serve as a Ward 3 Councillor for the remainder of the 2022-2026 term of Council.

  • Ward 3 Votes on November 4

    The Township of West Lincoln’s advanced voting period has concluded. This means By-election day is the final chance for eligible Ward 3 voters to cast their ballot in the 2024 Ward 3 Municipal By-election.

    Get a head start on your holiday shopping at the West Lincoln Holiday Market! The Township’s special Holiday Market will be held inside the West Lincoln Community Centre, at 177 West Street, from 9 a.m.

  • Arena and Walking Track Reopen to Public

    Great news for West Lincoln Community Centre users: the walking track and arena areas have reopened to the public.

    The areas were closed on Friday, October 18, due to a mechanical valve issue in the arena compressor room.

    Eligible Ward 3 voters will soon be able to fulfil their civic duty by voting for a new Councillor to represent them on West Lincoln Council. In-person voting will be conducted using traditional paper ballots and vote tabulators.

  • National Day for Truth and Reconciliation 2024

    The Township Administration Building, Public Works Building, West Lincoln Community Centre and West Lincoln Public Library will be closed on Monday, September 30, for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

    National Day for Truth and Reconciliation was established by the federal government in 2021 in response to the Sep 25, 2024
