West Lincoln modernizes enforcement frameworkCouncil updates AMPS By-law with new tiered penalty system
West Lincoln Council approved a consolidated Administrative Monetary Penalty System (AMPS) By-law at its meeting on Monday, March 23, 2026, modernizing and streamlining the Township’s municipal enforcement framework.
A key feature of the updated by-law is a new tiered penalty system for repeat offenders under non-parking by-laws.
