  • Follow West Lincoln’s 2026 budget process

    Be advised that West Lincoln’s proposed 2026 Budget will be presented at the Township’s Corporate Services Committee meeting on Monday, November 17, 2025.

    Following the initial presentation of the proposed budget, Council can propose budget amendments, which will be deliberated at the January All Committee meeting on January 12, 2026 (additional date set for January 13, 2026, as needed).

    The Township of West Lincoln is inviting residents and visitors to share their experiences and ideas to help shape the community’s first Road Safety Study and Action Plan.

    The Study will be conducted to support the implementation of a coordinated set of road safety policies and infrastructure improvements and interventions seeking to improve safety objectives on West Lincoln road systems.

    The Township of West Lincoln is proud to honour Canada’s veterans and active service members through the installation of Remembrance Day banners across the community.

    Now displayed prominently along streets in Caistor Centre, Wellandport, Silverdale and Smithville, the banners feature a soldier’s silhouette over poppies with the words “Lest We Forget” and serve as a powerful reminder of the service and sacrifice of those who have defended Canada’s freedoms.
