For Immediate Release: June 12, 2023

Following the lifting of air quality advisories and a healthy dose of precipitation, Township of West Lincoln Acting Fire Chief Tim Hofsink has lifted the Open-Air Burn Ban effective immediately. All 2023 West Lincoln burn permits are hereby reinstated.

The Township is thrilled to announce that One of These Nights soon, West Lincoln will be living Life In The Fast Lane, as Epic Eagles, the Definitive Tribute to the Eagles, is set to headline the 2023 West Lincoln Canada Day Festival.

The Canada Day festival will take over the Leisureplex Township Park, at 2543 South Grimsby Road 6, in Smithville, from 3 to 10:15 p.m. on Saturday, July 1.
