The average age is 40.1 and the median age is 40.8.


There are 5,295 households in West Lincoln with a homeownership rate of 89.9%. This rate changed by 0.1 percentage points from 2016.


The median after-tax income of households in West Lincoln was $92,000, a change of 7.0% from $86,000.
