Day Camp

Camp keeps children active and encourages new knowledge and skills through co-operative games, crafts, outdoor activities, music, movies, sports and more! All day camps offered by the Township of West Lincoln are peanut- and nut-free.

Camp behaviour

At camp, we strive to provide a fun, safe and respectful environment for all of our campers. We believe that every child has an equal right to have an excellent camp experience. We always keep a close watch on any anti-social behaviour such as teasing or bullying.

Your child must:

  • be able to take instruction and follow direction from camp staff

  • not behave in a manner that negatively affects another camper's experience

  • understand that they may not physically or verbally hurt others

  • respect the feelings, safety and personal integrity of themselves and others

  • respect camp property and/or another camper's property (parents/guardians are responsible for the cost of any damages deliberately caused by their child)

Guidelines are for the protection and benefit of all; violations can result in immediate removal from camp. If your child is asked to leave camp, you will not receive a refund.

Concussion policy

The Township of West Lincoln understands the seriousness of concussions and is committed to keeping participants safe by reducing the incidences of concussions, and ensuring the proper management of participants with suspected and diagnosed concussions. Click here to view the Township of West Lincoln's Concussion Prevention and Management Policy.  

Refund policy

Refunds will be granted if notice is given in writing at least two weeks prior to the first day of your child's enrollment. Email us. A $15 non-refundable cancelation fee will be charged.

Registration dates

West Lincoln residents:

  • Registration opens online through Active Network on Wednesday, March 25, at 6 p.m.
  • Registration opens in-person at the West Lincoln Community Centre on Thursday, March 26, at 9 a.m.

Non-residents:

  • Registration opens online through Active Network and in-person at the West Lincoln Community Centre on Friday, March 27, at 9 a.m.

Extended care: New this year! Registration for extended care is integrated into your initial registration process for your convenience.

Ages: 4 to 12

Dates: June 29 to August 21 (8 weeks)

Fees:

  • $185 per person per regular week (5 days)
  • $148 per person per short week (4 days)
  • $8 per person per session for extended care (7:30 to 9 a.m. morning session; 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. afternoon session)
  • $15 per person per 15 minutes for late pick-up
  • $17 per person for camp cancellation (non-refundable)

March Break Day Camp

March Break Camp

The Township of West Lincoln and the YMCA of Niagara are partnering to offer March Break Camp at the West Lincoln Community Centre in 2026, supporting families with safe, engaging camp experiences for children ages 5 to 12 during the school break.

YMCA Day Camp creates a positive space where kids can be active, connect, and grow, with fun, age-appropriate activities designed to help children build confidence, friendships, and a sense of belonging.

This pilot partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening family well-being in West Lincoln, and a shared belief that communities are strongest when trusted partners work together to create a connected network of support.

To recognize local families and support planning for the March Break week, West Lincoln residents will have access to a two-day priority registration window for the West Lincoln March Break Camp location before public registration opens.

March Break Camp runs March 16 to 20, 2026 at the West Lincoln Community Centre, with daily camp hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Families can register online at https://ymcaniagarawl.campbrainregistration.com
