Final 2025 property tax bills sent June 30

Final 2025 property tax bills were sent out on June 30, 2025. Property owners who have not received their final tax bill by July 15, 2025, are encouraged to contact the West Lincoln Tax Department via email at treasury@westlincoln.ca or by phone at 905-957-3346 ext. 6003.

Customers on our monthly pre-authorized payment plan will see the new withdrawal amount stated on the bottom left corner of the tax bill. Any change in levy as a result of tax rate changes will be reflected on the final bill. The monthly withdrawal amount will be adjusted to the amount required to clear your account, spread evenly over the months of July to October. If your tax account is current with no outstanding balance, and you would like to join the pre-authorized plan, please apply by completing the Authorization Form.

The final bill first installment for Township of West Lincoln property tax bills is due July 31, 2025. The final bill second installment is due September 29, 2025.

Avoid penalty charges by ensuring all payments are received by the due date. Payments made directly through financial institutions should be made 3 to 5 days in advance of the due date to allow for bank processing time.

Paperless billing is available for property tax, water and accounts receivable invoices.
