It’s never too early to plan for summer! The Township of West Lincoln is holding its popular summer day camp for children ages 4 to 12 at the West Lincoln Community Centre, 177 West Street, Smithville, beginning June 30.
Campers will be led through fun activities designed to keep them moving and engaged, including but not limited to games, crafts, sports, games, visits from special guests and swim and field trips. Weekly themes include exploring, sports mania, carnival, adventure, everything water, camp mystery, Minecraft and science and discovery.
Registration will open at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, for West Lincoln residents. Registration for anyone who resides outside of West Lincoln will open at 12 p.m. on Thursday, May 8. Registration for extended care opens on Wednesday, May 24.
Registration will be conducted online through Activenet. Spaces are limited and fill up very quickly. Parents and guardians are encouraged to create their Activenet account in advance to speed up online registration when it counts.
