Back to SearchThe Township of West Lincoln is sponsoring free holiday skating sessions over the winter break. West Lincoln residents are encouraged to bring their family, friends and neighbours for some fun on the ice at the West Lincoln Community Centre, at 177 West Street, in Smithville.
Niagara West MPP Sam Oosterhoff is generously sponsoring the skating session on Tuesday, December 30.
Free holiday skating schedule:
- Monday, December 22: 3-4 p.m.
- Tuesday, December 23: 3-4 p.m.
- Friday, December 26: 3-4 p.m.
- Saturday, December 27: 7-8 p.m.
- Sunday, December 28: 12:30-1:30 p.m.
- Monday, December 29: 3-4 p.m.
- Tuesday, December 30: 3-4 p.m.
- Friday, January 2: 3-4 p.m.
The annual Mayor and Council New Year's Levee will also include free skating on Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 2 to 4 p.m.
Ice capacity is 160. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Visit the Skating & Shinny page to find the full skating schedule, plus general public skating rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience on the ice.
