The Township of West Lincoln Committee of Adjustment will hold a Public Meeting regarding a Consent application pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O 1990.

This application has been submitted for the lands legally described as Lots 34 Registered Plan No. M89 Lots 34 Reference Plan 30BA-1686 30R-16478 Parts 2 and 3 located on Mill Street. The property currently has no municipal address. The purpose of this application is to sever and create two new lots and one retained lot for a 3-unit townhouse development.

The effect of this consent if granted, is to create two (2) new lots and one (1) retained lot for residential purposes.

Any person may attend the public meeting and/or make written or verbal representation either in support of or in opposition to the proposed consent or minor variance application. If you are unable to attend the public meeting, please submit a written submission to the Secretary-Treasurer prior to the meeting. Such written submissions shall be available for inspection by any interested party. If you do not make a written submission requesting notification of the Committee’s decision or attend the meeting, you will not be entitled to receive any further notification of the proceedings. A request for deferment of the meeting must be made before the Committee, and an alternate meeting date,
if any, will be at the discretion of the Committee.
The applicant(s) or their agent/representative shall attend this meeting, or the application may not be dealt with. Failure of the applicant(s) or their agent/representative to appear at the public meeting may also result in the automatic dismissal of the application. If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Township of West Lincoln Committee of Adjustment in respect of the proposed minor variance or consent, you must make a written request to the Secretary-Treasurer. This will also entitle you to be advised of a possible Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) hearing. No one other than the applicant, the municipality, certain public bodies, and the Minister are able to appeal consent decisions.
