Temporary Fill Import Stockpile Plan

A site alteration permit application has been submitted for by Marz Homes (Smithville West) Inc the owners of Lot 7 South Grimsby Road 5, West Lincoln (Plan M98 Lot 7) to permit the importation of 10,000 cubic meters of clean fill materials from water main work on South Grimsby Road 5 and Spring Creek Road. All fill materials will be stockpiled for the future development of the property. A permit to allow for
under 1,000 cubic metres of material has already been approved by the Director, as per the Township’s Site Alteration Bylaw.

A site alteration permit approved by Council is required for site alteration over 1,000 cubic metres.

Any person may attend the meeting and/or provide written or verbal representation on the above proposal(s). We ask that any written comments be provided by Monday, October 27, 2025, to Justin Paylove, Manager of Legislative Services/Clerk, so they may be incorporated into the staff report; however, written comments may be made any time prior to 4:30 p.m. on the date of the meeting: Monday, November 10, 2025.
