The Township of West Lincoln is excited to help residents spring into action with a wide variety of fitness programs. Our spring lineup offers something for everyone looking to stay active and feel their best.

Spring fitness programs:

  • Chair Yoga with Melinda
  • Evening Gentle Hatha Yoga with Kara
  • Gentle Yoga with Melinda
  • Hatha Yoga for Tight Hips with Kara
  • Man Stretch: Yoga for Men with Megan
  • Mom and Baby Fit with Jen
  • Sit and Strengthen with Kara
  • Strengthen and Stretch: Yogalates with Kara
  • Tai Chi and Qigong
  • Yoga for Golfers with Kara

Registration opens for West Lincoln residents online through Active Network on March 31 at 6 p.m. and in-person at the West Lincoln Community Centre on April 1 at 9 a.m. Registration for non-residents opens online and in-person on April 2 at 9 a.m.

Fitness programs are held at the West Lincoln Community Centre, at 177 West Street, in Smithville. Most programs start the week of April 13. Learn more about the West Lincoln’s spring Fitness Programs.
