The Township of West Lincoln wishes everyone a safe and happy holiday season. When planning activities, please consider the following holiday hours at Township facilities.

West Lincoln sponsors free holiday skating

Update: Additional dates have been added to the Township's free holiday skating sessions! See below.

The Township of West Lincoln is sponsoring free holiday skating sessions over the winter break. West Lincoln residents are encouraged to bring their family, friends and neighbours for some fun on the ice at the West Lincoln Community Centre, at 177 West Street, in Smithville.

• Monday, December 23, from 3 to 4 p.m.
• Thursday, December 26, from 1 to 2 p.m.
• Thursday, December 26, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.

Babysitting and Home Alone Safety courses available over winter break

Update: Registration is now open for Winter Break Courses! The original notice indicated that registration would open on December 18, however, it opened on December 16. Apologies for any inconvenience.

The Township is offering courses over the winter break that are designed to empower West Lincoln’s young people with new skills and confidence to care for infants, children and themselves. Courses are held at the West Lincoln Community Centre and are provided by SOS 4 Kids.
