National Day of Mourning April 28

Flags on all Township properties will fly at half mast on April 28, 2025, in recognition of the National Day of Mourning for Workplace Death and Injury.

Please take a moment on April 28 to pause, reflect on, and honour the memory of those who have died or suffered injury or illness due to a work-related tragedy.

Second installment for interim property tax bills due April 30

Reminder: The second installment due date for Township of West Lincoln interim property tax bills is Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Bills were mailed out at the beginning of February.

Avoid penalty charges by ensuring all payments are received by the due date. Payments made directly through financial institutions should be made 3 to 5 days in advance of the due date to allow for bank processing time.

Summer camp registration opens May 6 for West Lincoln residents

It’s never too early to plan for summer! The Township of West Lincoln is holding its popular summer day camp for children ages 4 to 12 at the West Lincoln Community Centre, 177 West Street, Smithville, beginning June 30.
