About the application for Consent

B04/2025WL – Canadian Reformed School Society of Smithville and Surrounding District Incorporated (Agent, Callum Gomez – Upper Canada Consultants)
Property address: Regional Road 14 (Roll: 2602030013080000000)
Survey sketch

A Consent application has been applied for to permit a lot creation where Part 1 (4.73ha) on survey sketch 15-16-105-07 will be severed from the subject property and retained for future employment uses. According to the Spring Creek Heights secondary plan, the retained lands are intended to remain as institutional and the severed lands as restricted employment.

This consent has been applied in conjunction with B02/2025WL and B03/2025WL which has been submitted for two separate boundary adjustments with the abutting parcels. If granted, together these applications would facilitate future residential, employment, and institutional uses which would implement the Spring Creek Heights secondary plan for this area. Please see the attached survey sketch.
