The Township of West Lincoln Committee of Adjustment will hold a Public Meeting regarding a Consent application pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O 1990.

This application has been submitted for the lands municipally known as 1168 Regional Road 27. The purpose of this application is for a lot addition and boundary adjustment for residential purposes. The intent of this application is to relocate a vacant lot used for residential purposes in a more suitable location.
As shown on the Survey Sketch included with this notice, Parcel 3 (to be merged with Parcel 1) is a vacant residential lot with an area of approximately 0.34 ha and lot frontage of 21.73 metres on Baldwin Road. Parcel 2 (severed lot) with a lot frontage of 58.15 metres on Regional Road 27 and a lot area of approximately 0.4 ha is intended to create a new residential lot in a more suitable location. Parcel 1 (retained lot) has a lot frontage of approximately 71.55 metres on Regional Road 27 and lot area of approximately 13.82 ha, although Parcel 3 will increase the lot area to 14.16 ha and used for agricultural purposes.
Consent B04/2026WL is also related to Minor Variance A04/2026WL.
Any person may attend the public meeting and/or make written or verbal representation either in support of or in opposition to the proposed consent or minor variance application. If you are unable to attend the public meeting, please submit a written submission to the Secretary-Treasurer prior to the meeting. Such written submissions shall be available for inspection by any interested party. If you do not make a written submission requesting notification of the Committee’s decision or attend the meeting, you will not be entitled to receive any further notification of the proceedings. A request for deferment of the meeting must be made before the Committee, and an alternate meeting date,
if any, will be at the discretion of the Committee.
The applicant(s) or their agent/representative shall attend this meeting, or the application may not be dealt with. Failure of the applicant(s) or their agent/representative to appear at the public meeting may also result in the automatic dismissal of the application. If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Township of West Lincoln Committee of Adjustment in respect of the proposed minor variance or consent, you must make a written request to the Secretary-Treasurer. This will also entitle you to be advised of a possible Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) hearing. No one other than the applicant, the municipality, certain public bodies, and the Minister are able to appeal consent decisions.
