About the Planning Application

Name: RVL Contracting Inc. (Owner/Applicant)
File: 1601-002-25 (Zoning By-law Amendment) & 2000-001-25 (Draft Plan of Subdivision)

Applications for Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision (Joshua Court Subdivision) were submitted by Upper Canada Consultants (Agent/Consultant) on behalf of RVL Contracting Inc. (Owner/Applicant).

The proposal is to create six (6) rural residential lots in the Hamlet of Grimsby Centre (Regional Road 12).

The Zoning By-law Amendment seeks to rezone the lands from Development ‘D’ to a Rural Residential ‘RuR’ zone with a site specific provision for a reduced lot frontage and an Open Space ‘OS’ zone for the stormwater management facility.

If you have any questions about these applications, please contact Susan Smyth, Manager of Community Planning and Design ssmyth@westlincoln.ca or 905-957-3346 ext. 5133.
