Harvest Routes A Celebration of Arts and Culture

Harvest Routes is the Township of West Lincoln's annual celebration of arts and culture.

The event includes seasonal workshops spread out around the Township so attendees can explore all corners of West Lincoln, plus other local stops, activities at the West Lincoln Public Library, and an Artists' Marketplace.

2025 Harvest Routes

This year's Harvest Routes is on October 3 and 4, 2025. Workshop registration will open Tuesday, September 9, at 10 a.m.

How to register

Workshop registration will open Tuesday, September 9, at 10 a.m., and will be available online and in person. Those wishing to attend workshops must register and pay in advance (unless otherwise noted). Spaces are limited and workshops fill up very quickly.

  • OnlineThrough Active Network (3% processing fee applies). You may register yourself plus one (1) other person. Please note, workshops will not appear on Activenet unless registration is open and spaces remain available.
  • In person: A small number of workshops are reserved for those who need to register in-person at the West Lincoln Community Centre, located at 177 West Street, in Smithville. We accept cash, cheque, debit or credit at the reception desk.
  • Registration is not available by phone or email.

Workshops

Adult workshops are $21 each (unless otherwise noted). The kids' workshop is $12 per child. Workshop costs are subsidized by the Township of West Lincoln.

West Lincoln Public Library workshops are free, drop-in, no registration required. The cards with Deb drop-in workshop is free with a non-perishable food donation for West Lincoln Community Care.

Creekside Country Market

Location: Ker United Church, 9353 Twenty Rd., Smithville

Date: Saturday, October 4

  • 10 AM: Kids (6+) workshop - Create a scarecrow cutting board (parents/guardians must stay to watch/help)
  • 1 PM: Adult workshop - Create a fall harvest sign

DIY Home Decor

Location: Wellandport Community Centre, 5042 Canborough Rd., Wellandport

Smithville Branch

Day 1: Friday, October 3

  • 10 AM: create a card with Deb - free with a non-perishable food donation for West Lincoln Community Care
  • 6 - 7 PM: create a trick or treat bag with the Cricut

  • 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM: create a pumpkin painting
Wellandport Branch

Artists' marketplace

Harvest Routes will also feature an Artists’ Marketplace where local artists, crafters and makers will display and sell their creations.
