Get involved in West Lincoln’s 2026 budget process

The Township of West Lincoln is inviting community members to have their say in shaping the 2026 municipal budget. A public survey is now open that aims to gather input on priorities, services and spending to help guide the Township’s financial planning.

West Lincoln Fire Services invites community to beat the heat on June 24

Firefighters are bringing the West Lincoln Fire & Emergency Services’ aerial truck to two neighbourhood parks on Tuesday, June 24, to help individuals and families cool down during the extreme heat event.

Firefighters will be gently spraying the fire hose and handing out freezies at the following locations and times:

Dennis Drive Park, 81 Dennis Dr., Smithville
June 24, from 6 to 6:45 p.m.

Alma Acres Park, 35 Lindan St., Smithville
June 24, from 7 to 7:45 p.m.
