Fire Chief Tim Hofsink has lifted the burn ban in West Lincoln, following several local rain events that brought enough precipitation to reduce the risk of fire. The recent rainfall has lowered the chance of fires spreading quickly, making conditions safer for controlled burns. Effective immediately, all valid 2025 West Lincoln burn permits are hereby reinstated.
