Notice of Public Meeting: Proposed Amendment to the Fees & Charges By-law Intention to Establish New Building Fees

In accordance with the Building Code Act, S.O. 1992 Section 7 and The Municipal Act, 2001, the Township of West Lincoln gives notice it will hold a Public Meeting in relation to new building fees and charges for 2026 and the intent to pass an associated by-law.

Project: North Creek Bridge Rehabilitation as part of the St. Ann’s Road Reconstruction Project (OPR 2025-02)

Description: The North Creek Bridge, located 215 metres south of Twenty Mile Rd., will be closed to all traffic to complete the rehabilitation work as part of the bigger St. Ann’s Road Reconstruction project.

Closure date: Starting November 10, 2025, to December 19, 2025.
