First installment for final 2025 property tax bills due July 31

Reminder: The first installment due date for Township of West Lincoln property tax bills is Thursday, July 31, 2025. Final property tax bills were sent on June 30.

Avoid penalty charges by ensuring all payments are received by the due date. Payments made directly through financial institutions should be made 3 to 5 days in advance of the due date to allow for bank processing time.

Walking track closing temporarily for Circus

Please note that the Walking Track located on the second floor of the West Lincoln Community Centre will close today, July 28, 2025, at 4 p.m. and reopen on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 9 a.m.

This temporary closure is to accommodate Canada’s Circus Spectacular, which is holding two performances in the arena area today: at 4:30 and 7 p.m.

International Plowing Match furrowing into west Niagara in September

The Ontario Plowman’s Association, with support of West Lincoln, Grimsby, Lincoln and Niagara Region, are set to welcome more than 70,000 visitors to west Niagara as they host this year’s International Plowing Match and Rural Expo (IPM), with its lively celebration of agriculture and rural living from September 16 to 20, 2025.
